Used touchfree for jailbreak, really need some help with apps.

I've used the search, used youtube but i am still none the wiser. Each tutorial i use uses files i don't have, or the videos mention links which don't work. I've been trying for 2 days now and am still no closer.

Sorry to post another thread but i can't seem to find the answers anywhere, could someone give me an absolute idiot proof guide to get apps working after the jailbreak install using windows.
