Help with HP LaserJet 4p printer...

At one point in time, the LaserJet 4p that we use in the small office I work in worked with my Mac. I had to download the Universal Binary Driver (which was beta), but it worked. For the last few months, nothing I've tried has worked. I keep getting the message:

NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED.

Any idea what's going on? How can I fix this?
