How do i get this? Im a bit confused in this, i know educational discount is around 110. How dose the $69 pricing work?

You need to be able to purchase for an academic department/institution in order to get that price.
 
so as a student, i wont be able to get this..... Just wondering because it specifically says sail to students/factuality🙄

If you work for a department then you could get the person in charge of purchasing to order it for the department.

man, too bad my university doesn't sell mac stuff....even if they did, they wouldn't give it to us at that price i bet
 
The computer store here on campus sent out a notice yesterday saying that the price in the store would be $69. That's as far as I know for sure, but I assume universities with good relationships to their local Apple Exec are able to get deals on products pretty easily. I know there's already some other stuff in the store discounted below the normal academic pricing.
 
Yep, some universities will sell it for $69 - others $116. The range can apply to departments and/or students -- it all depends on the school.

Apple will sell it in stores and online to EDU folks for $116.

If you are attending a University you go to your university book/computer store and buy leopard there. Mine is re-selling it a $89. Picking it up at 6.
