Apple Keyboard Unpacking

Hi guys I just got my Apple Keyboard from the local Apple Store:D

Oh please don't overdo it. I had wireless before this but I wan't this one for the numpad. Anyway I got this problem that the right side of the keyboard is easily slipping away when I'm typing on it. When I'm doing a little presure on it it already slips away so I'm busy all the time with keeping the keyboard in place. Anyone got this problem?

Just got the Logitech Wave wireless keyboard and mouse combo - FIRST CLASS

So is the Apple keyboard. Í've had a few relatives that came to my house for my birthday and 80% has no affinity for computers but they where very impressed by the keyboard!!

The trouble with all Apple keyboards, apart from the modular one they made years ago, is that none of them are ergonomic. As a full time author I type a lot and a keyboard with some curve in the layout makes a HUGE difference.

Curve = NO rsi

Straight keyboard = elbow pain.

Of course, if you're only typing for short sessions not too often, then of course Apple is the way to go, as it is with computers - wish they'd make an ergonomic one.

I believe that is correct, untill this new keyboard. As it is this low you don't have to stretch your arm, and if you seat is fitted with an arm support there should be no problem and this keyboard is very fitted for no RSI. As I have RSI myself, this keyboard improved alot from the old ones (G15, S530). Conclusion, I love this keyboard and is fitted even for long typing sessions.
But that's just my 2 eurocent's:p

The point of the ergonomic keyboards is nothing to do with the height. It's all about the sideways angle of your hand in relation to your arm. With a curve in the keyboard the hand and lower arm remain in a straight line which they don't on any straight keyboard. Since using ergonomic keyboards I don't have any RSI from typing which I did before. I also have the Rolls Royce seat - the Herman Miller Aeron chair - which means NO more backache.

I'm planning to buy an ergonimic keyboard for my new blackbook for when I'm working at home and this keyboard seems like the winner so far...

I love the new aluminum keyboards. I bought one legit the day they came out from my local apple store. I hated the old ones so much, the way they got so dirty and felt so clunky as I typed. I love the feel of the macbook esqe keys.
