More changes for the PPC 970


Improved vecLib FFT test consistency


Fixed issue causing OpenGL test to hang until clicking in window on certain machines


Fixed L2 cache speed and bus frequency to show in GHz if applicable

xbench doesn't seem to be that reliable. results vary a fair amount on the same machine and machines with lower specs often score higher than ones with higher specs. it might be ok tool for checking performance differences after an upgrade (new ram/hd) but you'd have to rely on an average of several results and the results probably wouldn't have much value when compared to another machine.
