I want to make sure i have this correct.
The Intel C2D Mac Mini's can only take a maximum of 3gb of ram and they DO NOT take the same ram as the C2D iMac.
Correct?
Thanks
Josh

Oh excellent, I was wondering this too. And at this precise moment.

Same RAM. 3GB using 1X1GB and 1X2GB. 3.3GB using 2X2GB.

OK - so I've seen this thread an read other articles on the web.
I am assuming that if I get a Mini (I'm Windoze at the moment) with 2GB and check the Activity Monitor and find during work I still have Free memory, then I guess there is no point in cracking the case and putting more memory in.
Correct?
TIA

I was reading up on here when I was shopping around for RAM for my Macbook, might have interpreted it incorrectly, but doesn't part of the 700mb left out get allocated to become Graphics RAM?
