How to fresh install?

I'll be getting Leopard on the 26th and I want to do a fresh install. I've never done it on a Mac before, so I was wondering how I can do it?
 
There is an "options" buttons that once clicked will bring up a screen with a few options on how to install. Archive and install is best.
