Alright guys. I want to be able to install Leopard on TWO of my Mac's... is there a way to do this with the $129 Leopard copy? I don't want to pay more just to install it on another computer.

How does the licensing work? I've never installed a fresh copy of an OS.

You can do it fine, but legally not. You can get a family pack for less then two copies and them have 5 licenses.

So, say I buy the $129 single user Leopard copy and install it on my and my girlfriends computer, will it be fine and activate and all that? Legality aside..

There is no activation with the Mac OS. It's always been based on the honor system, which has worked quite well. Violate the EULA by installing on more than one computer and there may be activation by the time 10.6 arrives.
