What is the largest GB hard drive (internal) that I can use with an iMac G4 700 MHz?

You can probably install whatever size IDE drive you can find. http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/ is a good resource for finding drive compatibility and it looks like the 700MHz iMac supports big drives.
