Airport Utility Can't Find AEBS in 5GHz Mode

When in 2.4G mode (n only or mixed) AU finds the AEBS no problem. When in 5Ghz mode, it doesn't (or usually doesn't). The Airport connection itself is fine and works. Any ideas?
