How do I put zip file themes in my iphone???

Hi,

I have downloaded a zip file theme and was wondering can someone show me how to put it in my iphone.

you have to unzip it first by double clicking it
then ssh all the seperate parts into it in their designated locations.

Do you know how to ssh?
Do you know where the graphic locations are?
Mac or PC?

I open Zip files with iFile after sending them to myself via email.
