trying to uninstall mobilemail.app

when i delete it and then refresh summerboard. it locks, and the 'effect' the text has on the slider at the bottom gets stuck at the beginning of the 'sli' of slide

it seems to be lagged so much the effect gets stuck, and i can't unlock the phone


why can i not remove this application?

on the ipod touch

the app causes my ipod to crash on every app. like on a fresh install it runs well, after i get some emails, delete some, and about 2 days after the install all applications crash 3 times, then resets springboard. . .then the ipod runs correctly until i open the email app, then things start to crash again
