Cant sftp to iPod. Want to install mail app

Hi,

I have been trying to sftp to my ipod touch with winSCP. I have had no joy everytime the ipod refuses connection.

I have been changing my router settings to make sure nothin there is blocking it.

Is there any other way I can install the mail app?
