Unable to post... Goes to blank screen

I've had this issue before, but it occurs much more frequently now.

When I go to post a reply in a thread, and submit my post, i just get sent to a blank page and my post never ends up being submitted.

Sometimes I can coax it into posting by copying my post, quitting my browser and going back to the thread and replying again.

Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't seem to work anymore. I am having this problem in both Safari and Firefox on 10.4...

any ideas?

Since we don't know what the cause is, here are a few suggestions for gathering clues: Try another web browser (You've already done this.)
Log out, delete all cookies for domain macrumors.com, and log back in.
Try another computer that you have access to. This will show whether the problem is specific to your computer.
Keep the Safari Activity Window open and see what it is trying to load when the problem occurs.
Look for any pattern in when it happens.
