I have several streaming audio files (from a .m3u file) playing in my iTunes. Is there any way to rip these files onto my computer? I'd imagine it would be some sort of recording mechanism while it's playing? I dunno...And for the record, not copyrighted material at all.

Wire Tap Studio (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/wiretap/) or Audio Hijack Pro (http://rogueamoeba.com/audiohijackpro/) is your friend.

I believe that .m3u files are just text files with links in them. Try opening it in TextEdit and you may find the full path to the files in there.

It is essentially a link to a streaming file. You can't download them. The only way to keep them is to use recording software.
