Is there a way to lock your screen when you go away from your computer similar to the "Lock workstation" on a Windows XP machine?

1. Enable Fast User Switching and go to the login window
2. Keychain Access -> Preferences -> Show Status in Menu Bar -> Lock Screen

I set a hot corner to engage my screen saver and then set screen saver locking on. Then I just have to move my mouse to a corner of the screen when I walk away.
If you prefer a keyboard-only method, you can set up Quicksilver (http://quicksilver.blacktree.com/) (a truly outstanding app for other uses as well) to do it.

I personally am a fan of the screen saver in the corner feature where the password is required from wake or screen saver.
If you have multiple users, then the keychain method is better - - I think. If I recall doing this will allow someone to at least select another user. With screen saver unlock, you cant.
