Clean install and bootcamp

If I do a clean install/upgrade to Leopard will it delete or mess with my Windows Vista through bootcamp? Or will it just let it be?
 
The Windows partition is separate from the OS X one and it won't be erased unless you use Disk Dtility to rebuild a single partition for the entire disk.
