Trying to get in shape and I ran 2 miles tonight...
Got a "stitch" in my side that is bugging the hell out of me... Lasted like 4 hours now. Feels like a really sharp pain on the left side of my chest when I lay down and exhale.
Had this before and if I exhale really deep (really painful) sometimes I can get it to "pop" and the pain goes away...
This sucks.
