iPod touch really HOT ipod touch...

if i'm charging my ipod touch from a wall socket (not playing music , and in sleep mode ) it seems to get abnormally hot , not just warm , but physically hot , front and back ,

anyone else have this problem?

Normally when it charges from USB mine is fine, but when I connect it to my iPod connector on my car stereo it gets very warm. I would not say it is hot though; I can hold it in my hands with no problem.

Make 100% sure you have the right amp/volt conversions, otherwise you'll fry it.

it's the stock wall charger that came with my 4thgen U2 Ipod , wouldn't it be the same straight across for the Touch?

Yes, I had this problem at first, but now it doesn't get hot at all.

Haha! I'm typing this from my iPod touch!

It's compatible according to Apple.com, if that's what you have. The Touch's capabilities are 5-30V and 1A max, incase that isn't what you have.
