Deleting transfered photos

Is the only way to delete photos that are transfered to iphone by taking them out of the snyc folder?

hhmm. Here is another question on that same subject. I have about 200 photo's in my iPhone Roll.

Ive already imported them in. Id like to delete about 150 of them...do I have to go through the phone and delete them one by one?

I tried to delete them through iPhoto by highlighting them but it gives me no way of deleting them....

I know it gives you the option to delete when you import them into iPhoto but how can I pick and chose cause I dont want them ALL delete off the phone.
