I am looking at getting a dual drive enclosure and putting 2 500 or 2 750 drives in it, though maybe starting with one.
My question is with Leopard, do I want to keep them separate and assign one for Time Machine and keep the other for DV and other storage, or do I want put them in a RAID as a single continuous drive? If so does that allow me to still use part of the drive for whatever storage I need?
2nd question. If I have other data on yet another external, can Time Machine back that up as well or only my main drive?
