Help, cannot restore

I tried to jailbreak the touch and it stopped on the updating flash portion. After about 20 minutes I gave up. I'm trying to restore it now and I get this error every time in itunes:

the ipod could not be restored. an unkown error occured (-18)

I cannot find this error code anywhere, any ideas? :confused:

I think I finally found an answer, I did an advanced search on google and made sure it had the error code as it was skipping the (-18) in the search. Once I got this I found a few pages with advice.

Did you get it restored?

If not:

open iTunes
-plug ipod into computer
-hold both sleep/wake and home button until ipod restarts.
-let go of of the sleep/wake button when you see apple logo.
-hold home button until itunes pops up with recovery mode
-click yes, and your ipod with be restored to its factory settings.
