Turn on itunes yesterday and find out that there are 5GB of music with the exclamation mark on the side. Can't find the music at all, is this a problem with my computer or itunes? and has this happened to anyone else?

Also deleted firefox if that helps?
 
Are the files still existing on your computer? If they are, try opening one of the files that iTunes says doesn't exist. If it opens iTunes may need to be reloaded. If it doesn't, you may have a HD failure.
