Been trying to upgrade all morning to nothing but frustration. Keep getting an unknown error after its done checking the DVD. Tells me to contact the software manufacturer.
I've tried 2 times now, setting out on my 3rd attempt now to another drive on my computer which is less than ideal. The most recent attempt told me that if I wanted to install it on the drive I had selected (my previous OS drive), the drive would have to be erased. That was a new message on the 3rd attempt that wasn't there on the first 2 attempts.
Considering this is a really very minor upgrade, I'm already starting to regret it. I second guessed whether to get it or not in the first place, now I'm punching myself.
