Core Animation Screen Saver

Did they not put the core animation itunes screen saver in leopard, because I can't find it? The one demoed before.
 
I think that was just a tech demo to show off Core Animation.

Didn't Apple get sued for Apple TV because of that?
 
I am also looking for this screensaver or an iphoto animation that would do what they show off in the keynote
