I have installed Leopard on two different computers today with perfect results. My third and final install is something different. I am putting Leopard on a Dual 1.8 G5 Mac. 4GB Ram. 16GB Free space on the disk. According to the install log it is just hanging at "run preinstall script for Essentials".
I did an Archive and Install so I can always pull the data off and put it on a FW disk or something. Only problem is that I have even tried a clean install on a separate FW disk and it hangs at the same place. Why would it install fine on two computers and not work on this one?
Anyone else have this issue?
