HELP...No network settings, no T-Mobile

HELP...No CARRIER settings, no T-Mobile.

It has no bars and doesn't say T-Mobile. It should say T-Mobile right?

I'm clueless on how to fix this. I can't access any T-Mobile, I have no signal.

My uninstall options are:
community sources
v 2.5

installer
v 2.63

openSSH
v 4.6p1-1
