I've noticed that most of the Apps to track auctions on Ebay are for Windows. Is there something for the Mac? If so, how is it and has anyone had success with it? Thanks!

ooohhh and are they OS X compatible?(making sure) :)

Yes there are several for os x that can track and snipe. I used one once and it worked fairly well except it was a bit slow as it was java based. Try these ones out http://www.versiontracker.com/mp/new_search.m?productDB=mac&mode=Quick&OS_Filter=MacOSX&search=auction

I know Sherlock has a channel for tracking eBay auctions.

I checked them out briefly and found 'A.I.D.' and 'Auction Tender' to look pretty good.

Has anybody used any of these or are there any others you'd recommend?

I'll probably do more selling then buying, so I'm really looking for something that favors the selling aspect of ebay. Thanks!

Also, what were you saying about Sherlock being able to do what these other apps do? I'm not aware of this function.

Well if you open Sherlock in 10.2 or later you will notice that there is a channel for ebay and there are the options for search and track.

Also, IE 5.2 supports auction tracking for both eBay and Yahoo! Auctions.

Vector already gave us link to versionTracker. I'm looking for people actually using an app for the purpose of tracking their items for sale on eBay.

So I tried 'A.I.D. X' and it's pretty easy and had no problem connecting to my items. They popped up with no problem.

I also tried 'Auction Tender 5.0' and was kinda lost. It seems like it isn't capable of connecting to eBay. Is this what they call 'quick lister'?? I'm not sure. It seems like you have to enter everything manually. Kinda sucks.

AID graphically didn't seem too polished but it's a breeze to use. Auction Tender seems pretty polished as far as it's interface but didn't make life easy. I thought the whole point was to connect to the auction site.
