How do i achieve and install my macbook with 10.4

I need to archieve and install cause i deleted my rossetta stuff with monilingual

my macbook has 10.4 and i need to archieve and install mac os x

how do i do this?
 
When you go through the installer there is an Options... button on the left that contains the various options Upgrade/Archive and Install/Erase and Install

how do i get my files back after the archieve and install

/my system back to how it was before?
 
so after i reboot...all my apps and documents will be there?

and what do i do with this older archieve?
