Can I ebay unopened UTD OSX 10.5?

I will be receiving an update Leopard disk on the mail for a MacBook that I purchased a week ago.

I won't be using it since I already purchased a family pack for our other computers.

Is it legal if I sell it unopened?... just wondering

Not for resale. Only to be used on the Mac it was inteded for. So no.

Of course it won't stop people (and companies) from reselling it, seems there are always a lot of the OS Upgrades for sale.

hum... seems fair. I didn't receive it yet so I didn't read the "not for resale" label.

I don't think it's worth the possibility to get in trouble.
