"Skippy" mouse after waking from sleep...

When I wake up my C2D SR MBP the mouse "skips" across the screen. It's fine after a restart but that's REALLY REALLY annoying...Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know a fix?

Which mouse?

I've had my BT MM seem "sticky" a few times. It was fixed by cycling the power [on the MM].
 
Actually it's my trackpad...

Btw, I upgraded from Tiger instead of a clean install...
