No Quicktime Streaming in Leopard

New 2.2 macbook pro running Leopard. Did an archive an install.
Everything has been quite positive except for the fact that I can't view QT video in Safari. I went to the Apple site today to watch the Leopard tutorial and all I got was a white screen with audio. No video.
This was confirmed at several other sites. Audio but no video.
