I took this a couple of months ago, let me know what you guys think. Can anyone guess the beach?

It's too small for a detailed critique, but overall, I'd like the board against a brighter background- sort of like this for more contrast. It's a good shot though.

Yeah, nce shot. You want to be there; you want to be him. As compuwar says, if you're going to have a figure in silhoette, you want it, ideally. 'framed' against a uniformly light area. Sometimes that may just be a matter of walking a few pages to left or right.

Good 'mood' in the picture, which is generally what I like. And it doesn't scream of post-production... just a moment well-seen (and I like that too!). Sometimes simple is best...
