iPod iPod 5th Gen. Warranty

If I'm having issues with my 5th. gen. iPod with video, and it still has a warranty on it, can they replace it with a new iPod classic that is the same price as the 5th gen. iPod?

Nope, you get the same one, only refurbished

fyi, make sure u bring it in b4 warrenty, or else it costs a ridiculous 130 bucks
