Yes I'm sure. Now **** off.

I can smell the Vista from here.

Is there anyway to disable these obnoxious warnings in Leopard?
 
I've never had that problem. All of my downloadables come in disk images. The only time I've seen it is the few websites that try to download .exe's. The only annoying part is that when I click "No" it still puts the non-downloaded file on my desktop for me to delete.

One way to fix it I think is to uncheck "open successful downloads."
 
Try Saft, the new version is now available on MacUpdate.com. It has been updated for 10.5. You should be able to turn the warning off in Saft's preferences.
