ical calendars not showing up in itunes

Hi,
Im trying to sync my ipod nano with itunes but not all my calendars from i cal show up in itunes list of ones i can sync. there's also older ones on the list that i have deleted. how do i refresh the list of calendars on itunes?

However not all my different calendars (that i have made in ical) show up in itunes list Under the heading "contacts" of ones i can sync. there's also older calendars on the list in itunes under "contacts" that i have deleted. how do i refresh the list of calendars on itunes?
