Yeah, like the artists, the labels, anyone could now sue you.

This stops from the RIAA, not the Recording Industry. (Confusing eh?)

The problem is pricing. They don't need to charge that much to support themselves. I just bought a copy of the Matrix on DVD for $9 at Wal-mart. Why should I pay $20 for music that in many cases was produced by an artist who is dead?
 
All of these cases are gonna last forever.

They keep suing, people keep charging them.

Its gonna be really really intresting at the end of this whole thing.

I knew from the very beginning that it was a scam to get admissions from people downloading stuff. My dad just yesterday told me I should go ahead with this amnesty program. man it took me about tewnty minutes to end my spiel about the amnesty program being a scam....

hopefully only a few people will fall into the trap of this amnesty thing 🙄

But This is a private guy fighting for all of california.

That is why I like to have Attorney's for clients. They never have slow times!

Isn't it different in england? The way I understood it, if I sue you and you win, I have to pay your legal fees.

I wish we went to that in the States. It is very inexpensive to sue someone, and that is why it happens too damn much.
