os x clock resets after being in windows

alright so, i guess since boot camp expires tomorrow it won't matter for long anyway, but this has been annoying me...

everytime i boot into windows and come back to os x the clock is always like 4 hours out of whack.

its weird.. whats happening and how can i fix it?

It's due to differences between how Windows and OS X set the computer's time. Apple added a thing to fix this in one of their earlier Boot Camp versions, I forget which one.
