U2D Program via Mail - still hasn't arrived (Australia)

Help needed 🙁

I sent my mail of my receipt and information to Apple Australia the Sunday before last Sunday. My dad (me being young and all) told me they made a withdrawal of the check on around Thursday. It's been a week now and it hasn't arrived yet. I live in Victoria, and they're located in NSW (the shipping address.) I, obviously, want my upgrade disk to arrive as soon as possible and I'm not sure what to do if it doesn't arrive tomorrow.

I called them and they said they had no records at all. No deliveries, phone number, name or email.

I called the number on the mailing form for Leopard U2D, and they said that they'll call me back, and that was like 5 hours ago. I don't know what to do. "(

Ask to speak to their supervisor!! This is unacceptable😡!

I ordered my UTD on 22nd, the disc was shipped on 26th, and arrived on Monday morning 29th.....
