I forgot to backup my Safari Bookmarks and Contacts over .Mac but did backup all my files to an external HD. Where do I find these to copy back over to my recently updated Leopard machine?

to find your safari bookmarks, they'll be in home folder-->library-->safari (folder).
to find your address book contents, i think it's home folder-->library-->application support-->address book.
