My God, this is terrible. A proprietary media player? DRM-protected formats based on M$ technologies? I hope it never flies. At least Apple's music can be played in the standard Mac player (iTunes), transferred to the iPod, burned on CD, whatever -- and then you can re-encode it anyway you like. How is this SunComm crap an improvement?

I'm not violating copyright as long as I don't give it away or put it up on P2P, am I?
That being said, what would something like this mean to people who want to rip these type of cd's to their iPods?
