I assumed that when you acuse someone of something you tell them what is. It appears I assumed wrong. What does SCO expect to gain by claim IP infringement without showing the evidence? Then again this the US, you can sue for anything. You may not win but you at least stir things up.

Well selected people could look at it... if they sign a NDA, and then they can't tell other people what the code is... Totally against Open Source.
