Currently I have Tiger with a 10 GB Windows XP drive.
I find myself low on space with 1 GB left.
There is a way to resize the Bootcamp partition with Tiger but I have to go through several hoops to make it work.
Does Leopard have a program that can resize the Bootcamp partition?

No ideas? :(
Any ideas on how to resize the bootcamp partition without me having to destroy the current Windows operating system?

Disk Utility can resize partitions, but can't (apparently) move them. So, if there is zero free space above the Windows partition, it's stuck there. You could reduce the HFS+ (Mac) partition, and create a third, on-the-fly (non-destructively). The new partition can be formatted as FAT32, for use as a D: drive in Windows. That might help your space problem.
Otherwise, iPartition (http://www.coriolis-systems.com/iPartition.php) should be available for Leopard soon (according to their website, it is not currently compatible). It can resize and move partitions on-the-fly.
