I have an Epson RX580 3-in-1 photo printer. If I try to print a photo in OSX, the picture looks like crap. If I reboot into XP and print the same picture, I tooks amazing. What gives? My drivers for the printer are up to date. It seems as though the print options are limited in OSX. In XP I'm able to choose photo and best photo, but I don't get those choices in OSX. In OSX I get "photo on glossy paper, photo on glossy paper-fine, photo on matte paper, and photo on matte paper-fine." If I choose fine almost all the detail is lost.
