Kind of an interesting band, to say the least.

It's a stereotype I'm sure, but I was badly scarred by 'Canto-pop' during my time in China. Guess it's just not my scene :o

My mother likes Il Divo, if that counts as international... :)

Yoko Kanno is a god.

Word. I wish I could say that unfortunately I have only been listening to foreign music for a year and I had no real clue who yoko kanno is.

Having been in Japan for the last two years I picked up Ayumi Hamasaki, High and Mighty Color and this awesome Okinawan band called Bleach. High and Mighty Color is Okinawan too though.

Ayumi is pop and the rest are rock.

Kind of an interesting band, to say the least.

I saw them at M'era Luna in Hildesheim, and I had never heard of them before. They were...interesting...to say the least. nothing quite like a band of Japanese dudes pretending to cut themselves in front of a sea of European goths....
