$1,250.00

This computer is in excellent condition. The only reason I am selling this computer is because I am graduating from college soon and need something a little more portable. The only things that are wrong with this computer is that there is a little tiny dent in the casing and a few little scratches here and there. There is also a tiny scratch on the screen but it is barely noticeable. I just upgraded my laptop to 1.5 gigs of ram and this thing is FAST! I have a year and a half of Apple Care left as well so any problems you run into will be fixed by Apple free of charge. They have been really helpful and quick with helping me in the past. Everything that came with the computer will be included; charger, remote, packaging, everything! I'm looking to sell this fast so that I can get a new computer with my education discount before I graduate. I am willing to negotiate, but seeing as how I paid close to 2000 for it new it is a very good deal.

No trades please, I'm looking to buy a new computer after I sell this.

Asking $1500 here may be a little high. You will have a better chance of getting that price on Ebay or Craigslist.

Also, take a look at Apple's Refurb Store (http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/91214003/wo/h823iOxLxkt82DXorZE1jFFYW7d/2.0.0.28.9.5.7.1.1.1.1) to get an idea of price.

Your new asking price is spot on imo. I'm interested. I'd like to see the dent and the scratches on the screen. Also what problems has this computer had in the past? Has it been opened up?

I can't even get a picture of the scratch because it is so small but here is my best shot:

Here's the scratch...if you can find it...it's tiny and I hardly ever notice it. Basically it is so small that my camera lens will not pick it up. It looks like there's a quarter of an eyelash on the screen when I even notice it.

As for the dent, it's just a little bit pressed in right on the edge of the lid:

It had a bit of whine to it when I first bought it but Apple replaced the logic board no questions asked. It also has had the left fan replaced. Other than that this thing has run like a dream.

After considering my options I have decided not to sell at the moment. I was hoping to be able to sell this for the same price as buying a new MB and it is pretty obvious that that is not rational thinking so I am going to have to wait. Thanks for the interest.
