Well, mine's in good condition with all the stuffz, so based on eBay prices, I'd want $55 shipped (or local if we're planning on being in the same area in the near future for some reason, as we're neighbors, IIRC). If you're interested, I can get you pictures.

Off the top of my head, I'm not sure what the best thing to look for for a very inexpensive basic needs T-Mo phone is, though. I'm sure you could get something for less....

It's in excellent cosmetic condition except for a small scratch on the bottom edge (on the exterior magenta surface near where the mic is)

Of course, my dear. Comes with one battery, one mini-USB charger, a wired headset, and the original T-Mobile box and manuals. I think that's everything that it would've initially shipped for. Just needs a SIM for some loving. :)
