Does anyone remember this video?

It was posted about a year ago on YouTube.
How did whoever made this video make that video? Special Effect? A Mock Up... or was it real... but it was never sold to the public... or even spoken about?
I just find it really hard to believe that this person used "special effects" to make this?
Anyone got ny ideas?
