Problems with movies on the Itouch

Ok I have transfered over the Bourne Supremecy no problem but am having big issues with my Firefly Series of Disks. I use Mac the Ripper to put them on my HDD and that works fine, it keeps all of the different episodes etc. But when I use Handbrake to make the mp4 I only get the first episode when there are 3-4 episodes on the disk?? Sooo what is happening how do I get it so I have all 3-4 episodes on the disk written to mp4 for the touch?

I really would like all the episodes of Firefly on my Touch any help is much appreciated.

You have to do each title (episode) separately. If you just press Start it will only do the first title. So do title 1 and then click "add to queue" then change the drop down menu to title 2 and click "add to queue" etc. When finished click start and then all titles will be done.
