New case, offshoot of DLO Hipcase?

So I was looking for the DLO Hipcase case on bestbuy.com, and found a variation of it that isn't on DLO's website.

IMO it looks much better than the plain black case that IS on their website. Of course, it costs $20 more and comes with a kind of pointless Itunes gift card... anyone know anything more about this?

i dont know, its just me i guess, but leather cases look really ugly... much more so if it has a cover to access the screen... but thats just me
